Account deletion is permanent. Case records, timelines, drafts, evidence records, AI history, community content, and other account data may no longer be recoverable after processing.

ParentPath deletes account-associated data unless a limited record must be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction accounting, dispute handling, or another legal obligation. Any retained data is described in the Privacy Policy.
